To identify women leaders at State, District and Taluka level and understand their vision and help them see it fulfilled through Women Leaders network created for this purpose.

Our Mission

To unite, train, equip and empower women leaders in Maharashtra to implement their God-given vision and thereby impacting their churches and the society around, through the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Plan of Action

 

Create a team of State leaders representing each of the seven Regions of Maharashtra. 

Create seven teams of Regional leaders representing each of the Districts from that Region.

Create 36 District Teams of District Leaders representing each of the Talukas from each District.

Through Taluka leaders connect with every local church in every Taluka, to make the women leaders of that church to become part of Mahanet WLN.

Conduct Regional and District leaders’ conferences at least twice in a year.

Conduct Region wise training events in each of the seven Regions according to the training needs of the Region.

Conduct a State level Conference for women leaders of all three levels once in  two years.
